WildPig Comics II

WildPig Comics II will be closing its doors on Feb. 11th, but this is not the end of the WildPig saga! We are switching over to doing two big regional cons a year, and our legendary 50% off sale will continue to be the centerpiece of each event!

The 1st Annual WildPig Comics Convention will recreate the store and 50% sale you've come to know and love, but now in a much larger location, and with dozens of artists to boot (guest list will be announced shortly)!

When: Sat., May 15th from noon to 8 PM, and Sun., May 16th from 10 AM to 5 PM

Where: The Springfield Holiday Inn on Route 22 West in Springfield, NJ (minutes from the old WildPig location) We've secured a 2700 square foot room, and there's plenty of parking! Never again will you have to rub elbows with a flailing back issue collector in a frenzy, or, better yet, find yourself trapped near a geek who has yet to discover the wonder of soap! We strongly encourage people to stay in the hotel; there's a Mexican restaurant and bar in the lobby.

What's featured: 60,000 back issues and 2,000 trades at 50% off! Dozens of artists sketching throughout the weekend (complete list of guests to be posted soon)! Free raffles on Sat. at 2 PM and Sun. at 1 PM!

Admission: As the cost of the room is considerable, we are charging a $5 admission, which is good for the entire weekend.

We are applying our usual superhuman work ethic in order to make this event worth your while, and to lay the foundation of what we hope will be a long running con for the tri-state area! We hope to see you all there!
